We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
- In its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for how and where to send the item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products (special orders, custom-made items)
- Personal care items (beauty products, toiletries)
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is processed, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
